Making Center End of Semester Clean-Out

Making Center spaces will be open through the last day of the Spring semester on Wednesday, May 14th, and then close to prepare for the Summer semester. All student work and materials must be removed from Making Center spaces by Monday, May 12th. Items left after this day will be collected for reuse/redistribution or disposal. This includes any items stored in the open storage areas.

The N2 (66 Fifth Ave, 2nd floor) and L2 (2 West 13th St, 2nd floor) open workspaces will be unavailable beginning the evening of Monday, May 12th for a pop-up install and exhibitions that will take place May 14 – 17.

E4 Summer Renovation Project

As many of you may already know, the entire E4 floor (25 East 13th Street, 4th floor) will undergo a major renovation project this summer. The scope of work includes all areas: BFA Fine Art Studios, E4 Wood, Metal + Open Work Area, and the Laser Lab. The floor will be fully closed for the entirety of the summer. Given the ambitious timeline, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:

All students must remove everything from E4 Making Center spaces by the end of day on May 12th. This includes lockers and any items stored in any Making Center spaces.
