Danielle Pomorski - Technician, Wetshop

Danielle Clare Pomorski is a ceramics artist and playwright from Erie, Pennsylvania. Danielle attended Ohio Wesleyan University, focusing on ceramics and theatre  and continued her ceramics studies in Athens, Greece and later in Brooklyn, New York, where she currently resides. Danielle worked as a ceramics technician and instructor at Choplet Ceramics Studio for four years and has collaborated on facilitating a ceramics knowledge exchange program in Oaxaca, Mexico where she led Raku workshops and worked with raw glaze materials.  Her work has been featured in a solo show and has been included in many group exhibitions.  Her ceramics work is largely inspired by the environmental challenges and invasive species of the Great Lakes.
