Equipment Resource Center (ERC)

Welcome to the Equipment Resource Center (ERC)

The ERC offers advanced reservations and walk-in equipment checkouts for student, faculty and staff use. We operate fully in-person and are located in the basement of 66 Fifth Avenue, room 001.

Please complete the Making Center ERC Rental Agreement form before attempting to request equipment. Once the agreement form has been completed, please stop by the ERC in person where a technician can assist you with making any reservations or checkouts. The ERC is located in the lower level of 66 Fifth Avenue, room 001.

During weekdays, we are open from 8:30 to 9 a.m. and from 10 to 10:30 p.m. for returns only. On weekends, we are open from 10:30 to 11 a.m. and from 9 to 9:30 p.m. for returns only.

The ERC will close at 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, and Sunday, January 26. Regular hours of operation will resume the week of January 27.

Additionally, the ERC will be closed on Monday, February 17, in observance of Presidents’ Day, and during the week of March 10 for Spring Break.

Reservations can only be made in person.

All checkouts are limited to a 24-hour period, with no grace period for late returns. Weekend checkouts are available on a first-come, first-served basis on Friday mornings (before 12 p.m.). For more information about weekend checkouts, please visit the ERC.
