Equipment Resource Center (ERC)

Welcome to the Equipment Resource Center (ERC)

The ERC offers advanced reservations and walk-in equipment checkouts for student, faculty and staff use. We operate fully in-person and are located in the basement of 66 Fifth Avenue, room 001.

Please complete the Making Center ERC Rental Agreement form before attempting to request equipment. Once the agreement form has been completed, please stop by the ERC in person where a technician can assist you with making any reservations or checkouts. The ERC is located in the lower level of 66 Fifth Avenue, room 001.

During weekdays, we are open from 8:30 to 9 a.m. and from 10 to 10:30 p.m. for returns only. On weekends, we are open from 10:30 to 11 a.m. and from 9 to 9:30 p.m. for returns only.

The ERC will be open with limited access during spring break for studio reservations that were made in-person before Monday, March 10th only. Making equipment reservations and checkouts will not be available. Normal hours of operation will resume Monday, March 17th.

Reservations can only be made in person.

All checkouts are limited to a 24-hour period, with no grace period for late returns. Weekend checkouts are available on a first-come, first-served basis on Friday mornings (before 12 p.m.). For more information about weekend checkouts, please visit the ERC.
